Return & Exchange Policy – Siora Jewels

At Siora Jewels, every piece is crafted and curated with care. We take pride in ensuring your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with our quality standards.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging, along with the invoice and intact product tags.

Items must pass our quality inspection before any return or exchange is processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised pieces, as well as items purchased during special promotions, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless found defective upon receipt.

Return Process
Contact our customer care team at care@siorajewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order details and clear photographs of the product.
Once approved, you will receive our return shipping address.
The product must be shipped back securely in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Any difference in value between the exchanged item and the new selection will be adjusted by additional payment or refund, as applicable

Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product clears quality checks.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
